I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve my health naturally. One of the best ways to accomplish this is through making changes to what we eat. But, with endless diets and an equal number of health claims, how can we decide which one’s the real deal?

Looking to science for guidance is always a good place to start. Here’s what the research says about what to eat if you’re looking improve your health and reduce your risk of heart attack, stroke and type II diabetes.
